The Healthy Novice Method involves a 30-day food elimination plan, which will provide you with valuable insights into how your body responds to various foods. During the program, I'll serve as your dependable support system, ensuring accountability and progress tracking. Upon completion of the program, we'll collaborate on a personalized reintroduction plan.


about me

I'm a certified health and wellness coach, specializing in functional nutrition. My personal journey towards this field began during my college years, where I struggled with yo-yo dieting, leading to weight fluctuations. The experience of constantly depriving myself of my favorite foods and the subsequent self-criticism was a familiar cycle.


In 2018, I discovered the Whole30 program, which taught me valuable lessons about ingredients and how to read food labels, leading to a marked improvement in my health. Today, my passion for personal health has never been greater. While I strive to maintain a primarily whole food diet, I understand the significance of balance and recognize the importance of enjoying the occasional slice of pizza and chocolate chip cookie.

Jessica is such a great coach! She truly knows a lot about health and wellness and can help guide you in your health journey. I would send her restaurant menus ahead of time and she would help me pick out what to eat so I stayed on track! She kept it fun with the group texts and the weekly emails. Loved all of the recipes she would send too! Highly recommend!
